Pupil Premium

Pupil premium funding supports children in public care, those eligible for Free School Meals and children whose parents are in the armed forces.

2013/14 allocation £18000

This funding has been used to provide:

Additional classroom support through the use of Teaching Assistants
Extra-curricular activities
School visits

2014 end of key stage two performance for pupil premium children:

10% of the cohort of 30 pupils were eligible for pupil premium. The overall attainment of these pupils was in line with all pupils and above the national averages. All pupils made expected progress from key stage one to key stage two.

This funding has been used to provide:

PE and Sports Premium

This funding has been used to provide:

Two half days each week of support for teachers from a PE teacher from the local high school

Extra-curricular activities

Competitive sports opportunities

This funding has been used to provide:

Two half days each week of support for teachers from a PE teacher from the local high school

Teachers from Green Park are teaching and planning alongside their high school colleagues providing children with high quality PE lessons which include progression through skills in the key areas of PE including dance, gym, outdoor and adventure and games.
